Here at Southern Country Coffee, we believe in selling only the best! That's why every pound we sell is from that top 6% of beans. We start with a high quality, green(unroasted) bean, and carefully roast it to its full potential. Our roaster uses a proprietary hot air roasting method that creates a very clean, and customizable roast. Once the coffee reaches the desired roast level, it is removed from the roaster and put into a cooling chamber that uses forced air to immediately drop the temperature in the beans, ensuring that perfect roast! Since every coffee is different, we are constantly experimenting with roast profiles and levels to bring out the best flavor in every bean we roast.
